Our client came to us with a view to redevelop an old timber dwelling next to Montrose’s historic Golf Course’s. The redevelopment was to accommodate a three bedroom house, large garden and single detached garage.
The living accommodation comprised of a large adaptable open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge which can be closed into smaller rooms with large sliding pocket doors, a W.C, guest bedroom and en suite and utility area. The ground floor also boasts external covered terraces which allow the occupants to take full advantage of the view over the golf courses and Montrose itself.
The first floor features a stunning steel stair case leading to a mezzanine bridge which over looks the Kitchen and then leads on to a further two bedrooms and bathroom. The master suite has its own en suite and Juliet Balcony looking North to St Cyrus.
The exterior of the building is clad in a beautiful Scotch larch cladding with green windows to enhance the landscape surrounding the property.
